Pages on this site don't use advertising cookies or trackers. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
The notices, estimates and quotes you upload, and any insurance certificate you add, are sent to Anthropic to be read. The "help stop leaseholders being overcharged" box is ticked when the page opens. If you leave it ticked, we keep a private copy of the files and the result, and they become part of the check's own pricing records, which belong to flathandbooks.co.uk. We use them to improve the check and to build pricing information about work on flats, such as typical prices by job type, area and year. We never publish or sell an individual quote. We may publish or share pricing figures built from many quotes, with names and contact details taken out. If you untick the box, nothing is kept.
Notices and quotes can contain names and contact details, so cover anything you don't want to share before uploading. To stop misuse, each visitor has a daily limit, worked out from their internet address; that count is temporary and isn't linked to anything else.
